We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Den Burg. the location was perfect - right next to the ferry to Texel, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the island. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a whirlpool for our relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

Everything was just fine and no improvements were needed.

I liked the friendly personel and the livingroom-like corner in the lobby with games like chess, rummy-cup etc.

I missed a fohn in the bathroom.

Noisy, i had a single room and even for one it felt cramped. Worst location in the hotel, directly at the stairs, wall to wall with the showers. Very very noisy

The location is perfect, being very close to the town's centre and just next to the ferry to Texel. It's so convenient to explore the city and the surrounding area.

My stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was small and outdated, with dirty carpets and stained furniture. In addition, the noise level was unbearable, as thin walls allowed us to hear everything from neighboring rooms, including TV shows and conversations. I did not have a good experience during my business trip stay at this hotel.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a unique experience. I loved the holiday decoration throughout the hotel, giving me a cozy feeling. The staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations on places to eat nearby and even organized a delicious Xmas dinner. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The WiFi was inconsistent, and the spa bath was not working properly, making a lot of noise.

Friendly staff, helpful receptionist, professional service, good coffee, safe bike storage, excellent terrace service.
